As the owner of a business, I get very frustrated when I request a quote to have services outside of my business completed at my home, only to either not hear back from the supplier, or don't receive the customer service I expect. This is why I endeavour to ensure we go the extra mile to provide the high level of service I would expect. We might not always get it right, and if we don't, then we work towards improving the client's experience and improve our procedures to ensure it doesn't reoccur. Our team work tirelessly towards achieving the goal of 100% customer satisfaction and quality workmanship while maintaining a safe, enjoyable workplace focusing on the client at all times.
