Who We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated business owners — not just technicians.

Essential Trade Requirements

• Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic (minimum ARCtick Licence)

OR

• Qualified Electrician with QTP (where applicable)

Applicants without qualifications may still be considered when partnering with a suitably qualified trade professional.

Highly Regarded

• Solar accreditation
• Certificate II in Air Conditioning
• Business management experience

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver's licence
• Own work vehicle
• Minimum $25,000 AUD working capital
• Financial solvency
• Registered business address
• Vehicle branding within one month
• Office and warehouse established within 6–12 months of signing agreement
