Proudly local to Toowoomba since 2009, Southern Stars is a family-owned business providing expert air conditioning, electrical, solar and smart home solutions across Toowoomba and the Darling Downs.
With over 17 years of experience and 16 years of partnership with GENERAL Australia, we’re trusted to deliver quality workmanship and reliable service. As a Daikin Super Dealer and Advantage Air Premium Dealer, we bring proven expertise to homes and businesses, including award-winning Master Builders projects.
“As the owner of a business, I get frustrated when I request a quote to have services outside of my business completed at my home, only to either not hear back from the supplier, or not receive the customer service I would like as a customer. This is why I endeavour to ensure we go the extra mile to provide the high level of service I would expect.
Southern Stars works towards improving the client’s experience and improve our procedures to ensure a high standard of service. Our team works tirelessly towards achieving the goal of 100% customer satisfaction and quality workmanship while maintaining a safe, enjoyable workplace for our staff while always focusing on our clients.”
