If you have selected to receive a physical prepaid Mastercard, it will be mailed to the address stated on your claim within 4 weeks from claim approval notification. If you have selected to receive a digital prepaid Mastercard, it will be delivered to you within 1 week of claim approval notification via SMS to the Australian mobile phone number submitted with the claim.
